We would like to make you aware of some new SPANISH EXPORT requirements relating to the manufacture or export of the following commodities :
PLASTICS – as from 01/01/2023 The Spanish authorities will require additional information on your commercial invoice and packing list – This will include the amount of non-reusable plastic by weight (your customer will need to complete a declaration which we can assist you with).
ROHS CONTROL (batteries and electrical equipment) – as from 16/01/2023 – Should you export products of this nature they will be subject to additional controls and you will need to register with the RII (integrated industrial Registry)

As your nominated carrier to Spain we will do all we can to assist, however please note as a supplier of products into Spain it is your responsibility to make sure your products are compliant before exporting. We cannot take responsibility for transit delays due to non-compliance.
